Tropics Hotel

Located just a few steps from the beach between Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road, this tropical Art-Deco hotel and hostel offers a great location in Miami’s famous South Beach.

The hotel, built in 1941, is a designated historic Art-Deco building that was designed in the ‘Streamline Moderne’ style by architect Roy France.

Since then several updates have been made, but the original charm has been preserved.

Tropics Hotel is located in Miami Beach near: We are conveniently located in the heart of the Art-Deco- and Nightlife-District in South Beach. That is where everything is happening, right where you want to be. Just a few steps to the beach, between Ocean Drive and Lincoln Road.
We are across the street from the new Convention Hotel ("Loews Hotel") and near the Miami Beach Convention Center.

All attractions of South Beach are within walking distance and we can organize tours to the Everglades, Key West, Orlando with its Disney Theme Parks and Universal Studios.
Unfortunately we can not offer free parking, you can park either in the parking garage on 16th Street (around the corner) or on 13th Street between Collins Ave and Ocean Drive.
